Welcome to wp3dprinting.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wp3dprinting.com, our software, plugins, APIs, tools, file processing services, 3D model processing features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Services Provided

wp3dprinting.com provides tools and services related to 3D printing, including but not limited to:

• 3D model upload and processing;
• model volume and weight calculation;
• print time estimation;
• model repair;
• model conversion;
• model orientation, rotation, slicing, and related processing;
• e-commerce integration;
• other software tools related to 3D printing workflows.

The Services are intended to assist users with 3D printing workflows. The Services do not guarantee that any uploaded model is suitable, safe, legal, printable, commercially viable, or fit for any specific purpose.

2. Accuracy of Calculations and Processing Results

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable calculations and processing results, all calculations, estimates, previews, conversions, repairs, print time estimates, material estimates, pricing suggestions, and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that the results will be complete, accurate, error-free, compatible with all printers or slicers, or suitable for production use. You are solely responsible for verifying all results before relying on them.

3. Pricing and Profitability

Any pricing suggestions, cost estimates, profitability estimates, material usage estimates, or business-related calculations provided by the Services are estimates only.

We are not responsible for your pricing decisions, commercial decisions, profit margins, losses, customer disputes, production costs, failed prints, refunds, chargebacks, or any other business outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• the 3D models, files, instructions, parameters, and other content you upload or submit;
• verifying the accuracy and safety of all calculations and processing results;
• ensuring that any uploaded file may be legally uploaded, stored, processed, transmitted, downloaded, manufactured, sold, exported, imported, possessed, transferred, or used;
• ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
• ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for uploaded content;
• ensuring that your use of the Services does not infringe intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, or any other rights of third parties.

5. Storage Regions

Where available, you may choose the storage region for uploaded 3D models and related files. The currently available storage regions are:

• North America: Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America;
• Germany: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The selected storage region determines where uploaded files are primarily stored and/or processed. However, some technical processing, backups, security logging, support operations, analytics, or infrastructure services may involve other locations or service providers where permitted by applicable law.

Selecting a storage region does not exempt you from compliance with any applicable laws in your own jurisdiction, the selected storage region, any processing location, or any jurisdiction where a model or printed object is manufactured, sold, imported, exported, downloaded, accessed, possessed, transferred, or used.

6. Prohibited 3D Models and Content

You must not upload, store, process, transmit, download, or use the Services in connection with any 3D model, CAD file, STL file, OBJ file, 3MF file, G-code, instruction, parameter, or other content that is illegal, restricted, dangerous, harmful, or prohibited in any applicable jurisdiction.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation:

• firearms, firearm frames, receivers, barrels, slides, bolts, suppressors, silencers, magazines, ammunition components, conversion devices, auto-sears, “Glock switches”, or other regulated firearm parts or accessories;
• weapons, weapon parts, explosives, explosive components, dangerous devices, or items intended to cause harm;
• models or instructions intended to manufacture, repair, modify, conceal, or improve weapons or prohibited devices;
• content that violates export control, sanctions, customs, military, dual-use, or arms control laws;
• content that infringes intellectual property rights, trade secrets, confidentiality obligations, or contractual restrictions;
• content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, threatening, or intended to facilitate illegal manufacturing or illegal activity.

We may, in our sole discretion, reject, block, suspend, delete, remove, disable access to, or refuse to process any content that we believe may violate these Terms, applicable law, the rights of third parties, or the safety of users, service providers, or the public.

We may also preserve, review, disclose, or provide information to law enforcement, courts, regulators, hosting providers, payment processors, security providers, or other relevant parties where required by law, where necessary to comply with legal obligations, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, service providers, or the public.

7. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations that may apply to your use of the Services, including but not limited to the laws of:

• the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• the country, state, province, or region where you are located;
• the country, state, province, or region from which you upload, access, download, or use files;
• the selected storage region, including Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, or Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where applicable;
• the country, state, province, or region where any resulting object is manufactured, printed, sold, imported, exported, transferred, possessed, or used.

Applicable laws may include, without limitation, laws relating to firearms, weapons, explosives, dangerous goods, export controls, sanctions, customs, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, e-commerce, taxation, and product safety.

The fact that a file can technically be uploaded, processed, converted, repaired, sliced, stored, or downloaded through the Services does not mean that such activity is legal in your jurisdiction or in any other applicable jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded 3D models and other content, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

By uploading content to the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, cache, analyze, convert, repair, render, preview, and otherwise use the content solely for the purpose of providing, securing, maintaining, and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to upload and process the content through the Services.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality of 3D Models

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of uploaded 3D models. Uploaded models are used for the purpose of providing the Services, including processing, calculation, conversion, repair, preview generation, and related technical operations.

However, you acknowledge that uploaded models may be stored, cached, processed, logged, reviewed, or accessed where necessary for technical, security, support, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Uploaded models may be cached for up to two days for performance and technical reasons, unless a different retention period is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, violated applicable law, uploaded prohibited content, created legal or security risk, abused the Services, or used the Services in a way that may harm us, other users, service providers, or the public.

11. Third-Party Services and Hosting Providers

The Services may rely on third-party hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, payment processors, security providers, support providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, data loss, security incidents, legal restrictions, or service limitations caused by third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted on request, unless otherwise stated for a specific product, subscription, plugin, license, or service.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances where a refund would be unreasonable or unlawful.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages or losses related to failed prints, inaccurate calculations, incorrect estimates, business losses, lost profits, lost data, uploaded models, prohibited content, legal violations by users, intellectual property disputes, third-party claims, service interruptions, or reliance on any output generated by the Services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, security, legality, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or suitability of the Services or any output generated by the Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wp3dprinting.com, its owner, operators, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, legal fees, or demands arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Services;
• your uploaded content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your infringement of third-party rights;
• your manufacture, sale, possession, transfer, export, import, or use of any object based on uploaded content.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Mandatory Local Laws

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

However, your use of the Services may also be subject to mandatory laws and regulations of other jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are located, where you upload or download files, where your uploaded 3D models are stored or processed, and where any resulting object is manufactured, exported, imported, sold, possessed, transferred, or used.

Nothing in these Terms limits the application of mandatory consumer protection, data protection, criminal, regulatory, export control, weapons, firearms, sanctions, customs, or public safety laws that may apply in any relevant jurisdiction.
