3. 3D Model Storage Regions
Where available, you may choose the storage region for uploaded 3D models and related files. The currently available storage regions are:
- North America: Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America;
- Germany: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The selected storage region determines where uploaded 3D models and related files are primarily stored and/or processed.
However, some technical processing, caching, backups, logging, diagnostics, support operations, security monitoring, analytics, or infrastructure services may involve other systems, service providers, or locations where permitted by applicable law.
If you select Germany as your storage region, your uploaded files may be stored and processed in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. If you select North America as your storage region, your uploaded files may be stored and processed in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America.
4. International Data Transfers
Because we are based in Kazakhstan and offer storage regions in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, and Frankfurt am Main, Germany, your information may be processed in more than one country.
Depending on your location, selected storage region, hosting provider, payment provider, support process, or technical configuration, your personal information and uploaded files may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from Kazakhstan, the United States, Germany, the European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions.

This may include storage, caching, repair, conversion, slicing, preview generation, volume calculation, print time estimation, metadata extraction, error analysis, security scanning, and related technical operations.
We do not sell uploaded 3D models.
We do not intentionally disclose uploaded 3D models to third parties except where necessary to provide the Services, use hosting or infrastructure providers, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, prevent abuse, protect rights or safety, or respond to lawful requests.
Uploaded models may be cached for up to two days for performance and technical reasons, unless a longer retention period is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, backups, or technical troubleshooting.
6. Illegal or Prohibited Content
If uploaded content appears to violate our Terms and Conditions, applicable law, the rights of third parties, or the safety of users, service providers, or the public, we may review, block, remove, preserve, or disclose information relating to that content where required by law or where reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, service providers, or the public.
